Rob Skelton, Director of the CV Show, commented: “The CV Show
has always been a great event, bringing together all elements of
the freight, logistics and road transport industries in a business-
focused exhibition that provides a wealth of opportunities for both
exhibitors and visitors alike.
“But the Show certainly doesn’t rest on its laurels, andwe’re striving
to continually improve. As well as a 10% increase in floorspace for
2017, which tallied nicely with the return of three major truck
makers to the Show – DAF, MAN and Iveco, courtesy of Guest Trucks,
this year saw the introduction of some exciting live elements.
“In partnership with Road Transport Media, the 2017 event had a
dedicated seminar area, where keynote speakers from across the
industry were on hand to talk about industry issues, opportunities,
challenges and the latest technological developments. We also had
interactive ‘Twitter Lounges’, where exhibitors and visitors were
able to tweet their news, views and opinions live from the Show
itself.”
So the exhibitors welcomed over 20,000 visitors from across the
transport, warehousing, workshop, supply and service industries.
