appointed Alastair Isbister
as its new Chief Executive
Officer. In his new role

to the Culina Group CEO,

trimodal logistics facility
Port Salford – a showpiece
280,000 ft2 facility creating 280 jobs – and the currently ongoing
development of a 1,000,000 ft2 logistics complex at MarkhamVale,
Chesterfield, which is expected to generate a further 800 new jobs.
“Growing the Great Bear business and continuing to always provide
fantastic service to our customers is my goal,” commented Alastair
Isbister, “I am really looking forward to helping to take Great Bear
Distribution to the next level. It is an exciting opportunity at a really
interesting time in UK logistics.”
With nearly 30 years’ 3PL experience, he bringswith himsignificant
knowledge and expertise. Over 10 years at TDG were followed by
16 at DHL where Alastair’s most recent post was as VP – Business
Development and Account Management.
