Kuehne + Nagel opens new site in
East Midlands Gateway
Kuehne + Nagel’s new Overland hub at East Midlands Gateway
has officially opened. With 40,000 sq ft of temperature
controlled warehouse space dedicated to Pharmaceutical
products and a 155,000 sq ft cross-dock area for general cargo,
the new flagship facility will provide the platform for the
continued expansion of the company’s Overland business.
StrategicallylocatedclosetoJ24oftheM1,thenewsitewillcombine
activities currently carried out in BirminghamandNottinghamand
270 employees will relocate to East Midlands Gateway.

The site is now fully operational and is the first completed structure
at the East Midlands Gateway site.

more complex, expensive, and time consuming, lead logistics is the
next logical step for DSV in responding to

based, neutral supply chain orchestrator
of transportation services. We provide the
intelligent design and rely on DSV services
and the services of other transportation
providers to perform the physical activities.
