Erith based Westons Transport have been in business since 1974.
In parallel with its Pallet Distribution business, Westons operate a
range of services including same day and events transport and will
be handling DA postcodes for UPN.

Basildon based R & P Clarke has been in business for over 25 years.
In parallel with its Pallet Distribution business R & P Clarke operate
a highly successful contract haulage business and VOSA Testing
station facility.

Returning to UPN is Gloucestershire based Richard Read Transport
a company that has been in business since 1946.

working with familiar faces and a flexible reliable company for our
nationwide pallet freight distribution. Since re-joining UPN, not
only have we secured new business but we have seen the return of
a number of Customers that we were previously unable to service.”
UPN currently have over 90 members covering the whole of the
UK, and European partners providing coverage throughout 26
countries.

into our network. Being part of UPN means our new members will
now have access to the widest range of UK next day and economy
services for palletised freight,” commented David Brown, UPN
Managing Director.
“They will also be able to send freight in the widest range of freight
types, from 150kg up to 1,200kg per pallet.”
The UPN network is underpinned by an advanced web based
performance monitoring system to provide customers with clear
on-going visibility of all freightmovements. Clients also have access
to an online customer booking system, a track and trace facility and
real time live signature capture.
