Early heads up on CV Show 2020
If your business is in any way connected with road transport, distribution and logistics, the Commercial Vehicle Show is the first date that needs to go into your diary for 2020.
The CV Show is the largest, most comprehensive and best-attended commercial vehicle event in the UK, providing truck and van operators with far greater choice than can be found anywhere else.
The central location and convenient transport connections of the NEC in Birmingham bring more than 19,000 visitors to the Show from businesses all across the UK. It’s the perfect annual meeting place for operators to catch up with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, as well as learning about new products and services.
At the CV Show you will find hundreds of exhibitors spanning the whole road transport, distribution and logistics supply sectors. Everything from truck, van, pick-up and trailer manufacturers through to fork-lift trucks, insurers, tyres, telematics and training providers, fuels and lubricants suppliers and much more can be found at the Show.
The CV Show provides something for every business looking to boost productivity and profit.
The complete package for your business
This year we are pleased to announce a number of companies making their first appearance at the CV Show, such as the London Electric Vehicle Company, Katmerciler and Daltec.
Renault and Nissan are returning to the Show for 2020, and we will also be hosting regular exhibitors like Ford, Volkswagen, Fiat Professional, Vauxhall, MAN and many others from across the industry.
“As organisers, we aim to give our visitors a complete package of the commercial vehicle industry,” said Murray Ellis, Show Director.
“This is the industry’s only trade show with new vehicles, emerging technologies, and the opportunity to connect with key decision makers and other individuals who are as passionate about the sector as you are.”
New for 2020 – the Live Theatre lights up
New on the agenda for 2020 will be a series of Live Theatre discussions, where industry leaders, innovators and commentators will talk about key industry issues throughout the three days of the CV Show.
Designed to spark debate and provide insight from within the industry, the timetable and guest speakers for the Live Theatres will be announced early in the New Year at cvshow.com. More details will be available soon.
Get in the Zone for all your needs
Two dedicated zones within the CV Show make it easy to find sector suppliers.
WORKSHOP is an all-encompassing shop window for hundreds of exhibitors spanning the automotive aftermarket and commercial vehicle maintenance sector.
COOL satisfies the special requirements of the temperature-controlled operator, with a vast display of refrigerated transport and cold chain equipment to choose from.
Renault charges back to the CV Show in 2020
Steve Whitcombe, Head of Brand for Pro+ Commercial Vehicles, Groupe Renault UK.
“CV Show 2020 will bring together everyone who has an interest in making our industry as sustainable as possible, and it will be great to see all the different ideas in this area.
“We’re looking forward to showcasing our latest developments and demonstrating how Renault Pro+ vehicles can keep businesses moving in every sense.
“While it is a very challenging time for commercial vehicle users, especially those operating in highly populated areas, it’s also a very exciting time for CV innovation.
“Renault will have a strong showing of our pure electric LCVs, spanning the Twizy Cargo and Kangoo Z.E. through to a number of conversions based on the Renault Master Z.E.
“2020 is an incredibly important year for Renault in the light commercial vehicle sector, as it’s the first full year of being able to offer a heavily revised range, which includes recently launched new versions of the Trafic, Master and Kangoo.
“We’re also increasing the focus on our specialised Renault Pro+ brand, which is dedicated to meeting the needs of our business customers through a broad range of vehicles, services and dedicated dealer network.
“As Europe’s leading LCV manufacturer, it’s important for us to support the CV Show and being there shows how much we value the UK market.”

“CV Show 2020 will also be the first opportunity for visitors to see our new headlamp testers and we’re excited to be adding these to our stand.
“In addition, the CV Show gives us a great chance to catch up with customers and friends in the industry alike, and we’re looking forward to doing all of that along with plenty of business!
