The terms of the agreement, including consideration, have not been disclosed. Eventor has significantly strengthened its position in the event logistics sector with this acquisition which will further enhance Eventor’s capabilities and enable the business to provide an even more comprehensive service to its clients. Stardes is a major player in the event logistics arena and have a strong track record of delivering seamless event solutions with a focus on reliability, efficiency and quality.
