RDC Premium The RDC Premium is a ramp approach aid, which works with the control of EBS modules of various manufacturers. The RDC Premium is a system from Aspöck to facilitate the rear steering of truck trailers or trailers especially at ramps and to avoid damage to the vehicle. This guarantees more safety for objects and persons behind the vehicle. Adjustable ultrasonic sensors measure the distance between vehicle and object and transmit optical (through the clearance light) and acoustic warning signals (through the reversing beeper) to the driver. A brake signal is also sent to the trailer EBS, which initiates the automatic braking process if the distance falls below a specified value. The RDC Premium is easy to install and therefore ideally suited for retrofitting. The art of lights - new from the light-makers ECOLEDII is a perfect example of uniting design with the latest technology – the latest rear lamp by Aspöck systems for trucks and trailers. The start of serial production in September proved successful. A large light area, a uniform light pattern plus a dynamic indicator with a sequential light which is ISO certified and able to withstand all environmental challenges, will convince you with its low installation height and the possibility for application within a voltage range from 12 Volts to 24 Volts.
