Courses we offer An example of a popular course structure is the CILT(UK) Transport Manager e-Refresher course, structured into six modules over two days. It has been designed to ensure individuals remain up to date on legislation and specific requirements relating to transport management in line with guidance from the Office of the Traffic Commissioner. Day 1 ● Introductions, learning objectives and personal objectives ● Operator licensing and the legal obligations ● Managing vehicles and maintaining roadworthiness ● Managing the operation ● Q&A summary Day 2 ● Introductions, learning objectives and personal objectives ● Managing drivers ● Managing drivers’ hours ● Managing road risk ● Q&A summary For eachmodule learners will cover the essential knowledge needed to run a compliant ‘good practice’ operation. They will then move on to cover the in-depth knowledge needed to run an efficient ‘best practice’ operation Consisting of four, 3-hour digital classrooms, access to the e-learning platform, online knowledge check with certification along with a certificate of completion. CILT(UK) Transport Manager CPC The CILT(UK) Learning Centre is accredited to deliver the TMCPC. We offer this qualification in two formats Blended Learning and Self Study. Blended Learning Our digital courses capture the essence of the structured classroom learning with the convenience for learners to study where you like with no need to travel or to have to spend nights away from work or home. Connect with your peers through eight digital classroom sessions exploring application within workplace scenarios. This is supported with access to the e-learning platform, hard copy learning material, 2 hours of individual coaching and registration to online assessments. Self Study Study at your own pace on our e-learning platform, receive a set of learning materials and registration to online assessments. There is also an option to purchase a 2 hour one-to-one coaching session with one of our Subject Matter Experts (SME) at any point during your study. Included within the enrolment onto the qualification is a one year CILT(UK) CPC eMember subscription (not to be used in conjunction with any other membership level or subscription).
