The VIP experience for all show visitors is an integral focus for the organisers with a number of initiatives in place to make your day more enjoyable. This includes a handy app to download ahead of the event (or on the day) which will feature all the exhibitor stand locations, as well as timings of upcoming conference sessions you may like to attend. In addition to this, an A5 paper showguide will also include key event information and you can pick one up upon entry with your free visitor bag. To make sure you can easily navigate the vast grounds, there will be lots of clear signage and a friendly team of showmakers to assist you with directions or other questions you may have during your visit. We’ll also be handing out the RTX Daily Newspaper to all visitors, which will feature news and information about what’s happening on exhibitor stands and the conference each day, so make sure to grab your free copy on the way in to see what’s trending.
