Through an online portal you have access to add/remove registration numbers, manage cost centres, and add restrictions to vehicles to prevent them spending too much or washing too frequently. Your drivers then download the GoWash app, which will allow them to easily locate their closest site. On the app they can: ■ Filter sites based on their vehicle size ■ View a location and be directed there through Google Maps, Apple Maps or Co-pilot ■ View facilities, services and prices at the site ■ Once they are on site, they can then make a payment (based on the limits you set), through the GoWash Fleet Account, which then links back to your account and weekly invoice ■ The driver can then show the site they have paid, and they will get on with the wash! Easy! GoWash then consolidate all of these transactions into one invoice and send it to you. We can include excel data which can be split by cost centres to make cost allocation easy.
